Brava Group gives you one place to go. We work with established manufacturers, apparel decorators and commercial printers, and we manage the whole order for you: product selection, artwork setup, proofs, production and delivery to one address or many.

Nothing goes into production until you have approved a proof.
Tell us what you need
Send the item or idea, quantity, date you need it in hand and your logo. Not sure what to order? Tell us the event and budget and we will suggest options.
Approve the quote and proof
You receive a written quote and a digital proof showing exactly how your logo will look. We make changes until it is right.
We produce and deliver
Your order is produced and shipped to your door, or packed and sent to each recipient. We keep you updated with tracking.

Pricing and payment
Because every order is custom, pricing is quoted per order based on the item, quantity and decoration. Your written quote lists every cost, including setup and shipping, before you commit. All prices are in US dollars.
We accept credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer and checks. Approved organizations may pay by invoice.

Refunds and returns
Every Brava product is made to order with your artwork, so items cannot be returned for a refund once you have approved the proof and production has started.
If anything arrives damaged, defective or different from the proof you approved, email hello@orderbrava.com within 10 days of delivery with photos. We will reprint or replace the affected items at no cost, or refund them if a replacement is not possible.
Cancellations
You can cancel at no charge any time before you approve the proof. After production starts, a cancellation may be charged for materials and work already completed, which we will itemize for you.
Shipping and delivery
Production usually takes 5 to 15 business days after proof approval, depending on the product. Your quote confirms the delivery date before you order. We ship within the United States with tracking, and rush service is available on many items.
