Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every quote, proof and order from Brava Group LLC ("Brava," "we," "us"). By approving a quote or proof, you agree to them.

Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless the quote says otherwise. Prices are in US dollars and include the items, decoration and setup listed on the quote. Shipping and applicable sales tax are shown separately. Supplier price or stock changes after the quote expires may change the price, and we will confirm any change with you before ordering.

Proofs and approval

We send a digital proof for every decorated order. Please check spelling, colors, sizes, placement and quantities carefully. Production begins only after you approve the proof, and you are responsible for the details you approve. Colors on screen can vary slightly from finished products; if an exact color match is critical, tell us before you approve.

Your artwork

You confirm that you own or have permission to use every logo, trademark, image and text you send us, and you agree to hold Brava harmless from any claim that your artwork infringes someone else's rights.

Quantities

Custom production can result in small variations in the final count. Brava ships and bills the actual quantity delivered, within 5% of the quantity ordered, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Payment

Payment is due as stated on your quote or invoice. We accept credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer and checks. Approved organizations may pay by invoice on the terms shown on the invoice.

Delivery

Delivery dates on your quote assume timely proof approval and payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or other events outside our control, but we will keep you informed and work to meet your date. Please inspect your order when it arrives.

Returns, defects and cancellations

Because products are made to order, they cannot be returned for a refund after production begins. If items arrive damaged, defective or different from the approved proof, tell us within 10 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint or replace the affected items, or refund them if replacement is not possible. Orders can be cancelled at no charge before proof approval. After production starts, cancellation may be charged for materials and work already completed.

Limitation of liability

Brava's total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits or event costs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
